Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

From 12:30pm onwards on Saturday’s your call will also be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

In a life-threatening emergency such as sudden severe chest pain, severe breathlessness, loss of power in a limb, loss of consciousness or severe bleeding Dial 999.

If you move out of our area:

If you move out of our practice catchment area you should not assume the Practice can continue to look after you. You will need to find a doctor in your new area. There are instructions when you move to a new area on the back of your NHS medical card.
