Register with the surgery

Catchment area

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.

You can also find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

Registering with the surgery

To register with the surgery:

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Temporary patient registration

Our doctors are happy to see patients who are temporarily resident in the practice boundary should medical advice be required. In this instance persons wishing to be treated should state that they are a temporary resident when reporting to reception.

To register you will need to complete our temporary resident registration form.

If you move out of our area

If you move out of our practice catchment area you should not assume the practice can continue to look after you. You will need to find a doctor in your new area. There are instructions when you move to a new area on the back of your NHS medical card.
